# Cloud Parallax

> Cloud Parallax is a small cloud-native engineering and consulting firm. We design, build, and run production systems on AWS and Google Cloud for clients in Sri Lanka and the United States. We focus on three things — cloud-native build, modernisation, and consulting — and try to be honest about scope, cost, and timelines.

## What we do

- **Cloud-native build** — Greenfield platforms on AWS or GCP. Containerised, observable, repeatable. Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) with golden paths, event-driven services on Lambda / Cloud Run / Pub/Sub, data and ML pipelines, Terraform/Pulumi modules owned by the client, CI/CD with sane secrets and promotion gates, production runbooks and on-call rotations. Typical engagement: 8–16 weeks · 2–4 engineers.
- **Modernisation** — Migrating legacy estates onto modern cloud-native foundations without freezing the feature roadmap. Often pairs with FinOps work to bring cloud spend under control as part of the migration.
- **Consulting** — Architecture review, FinOps, platform/SRE coaching, on-demand staff augmentation. Typical engagement: from 2 weeks · 0.5–2 people.
